Rodrigo Leopardi-Chapter 2

Rodrigo (21) Junior year in college.

Vincent and I were still hot and heavy in my Junior year. I tried my best to keep our relationship growing.

As much as I wanted to party like Vincent, well I couldnt. My main goal was to graduate in time and try to move back to Viramontes and begin my medical career.

Vincent claimed that I was ignoring him and he was upset that we didnt do much together. We both agreed that it would be best for us to split up. We didnt want this big scene so we did it quietly but eventually the whole dorm found out that we were no longer an item.

Senior Year

Every night you could catch me in the lab trying to hone my surgical skills. I knew what I was doing but I needed to make sure that I was at the top of my game. Graduation was near and time was running out for me to practice.

Everything was not labs, I also had to do my college term papers. I was so into my paper when I looked up and saw a strange yet familiar face. Staring back at me was Cole. I had not seen him since freshman year. I thought he had transferred out. I guess he was still on campus. I pushed this aside because I needed to finish this paper.

I bumped into Cole several times and we finally gave up and started talking to each other. It was strange to have so much in common with one person. We began dating for what little was left of our senior year.

When we graduated Cole was by my side and we were happy. We finally got out of college and were ready to face the future. Cole surprised me by saying that he was moving to Viramontes and wanted to know if I would oppose living with him. I didnt know what to say but before I could even think about it my mouth said, "yes".

My whole family came out for my graduation. Here I took pictures with Ethan, my older brother Otani and my quad Ivan.

Here we are the awesome quasome. Its hard to believe that we four were born together and we ended up so differently. I am headed to become a surgeon where as my sister Madeline is still deciding what to do. Beatrix is working in a restaruant and Ivan is a lobbyist. Ivan thought that I was moving in with him but I can't say he was saddened when I told him no. The one thing that I noticed is that although the talked things out, Ivan and Beatrix still have tension among them. I don't think they will ever truly get along.


I packed up my stuff and Cole packed his up too. He said he couldnt wait to see Viramontes and to start our surgical career together.

Beatrix Leopardi--Chapter 2

I finally had enough to rent my own apartment. The only thing is that my tastes are a little expensive so I have to advance in my career quickly or I will lose this apartment.

My sister Juno and my sister-in-law Shelby came by to make sure that I was handling everything. Of course I was. Talk was a little strained between Juno and myself. She keeps thinking that I moved out because of her kids or worse her wife Jade. On the contrary I miss my nephews but I also needed to find my own path.

At night I get a little scared. I am not going to lie and say I dont feel scared. I make sure that the alarm is turned on. I make sure all the doors and windows are locked up.

As my brother Otani told me, your neighbors can sometimes be your best protector. On a weekend party I decided to come out and meet some neighbors. The only one that I met is Garett Warrner. He is a strange one. He dresses young but he is old as dirt. Rumor is that he loves the young women. eww.

So in order to meet someone new I decided to place an ad online and see who I would meet. I know I can meet someone on my own but im so busy that I figured I get the easy stuff out the way. You know the same old questions: Where are you from? Why have you placed an ad? etc, etc.

I went out to meet a potential date named Timothy Tang downtown shopping place. I got there and looked around for anyone to give me a sign that they were Tim yet no one did. So I figured I got stood up and decided to do some of my own little shopping.

After I tried on some clothes I mt this handsome guy named Craig Shweber. He was a smooth talker and he even almost had me convinced that I should leave for dinner with him. The minute I was about to accept I heard someone ask for me at the counter. I exchanged email and then went to meet my date.

His name was Timothy Tang and honestly did not have any chemistry with him at all. I guess on paper there was more than in real life chemistry. He kept chatting but all I kept thinking about was Craig and if he was going to email me later. If there was only a way to get rid of this creep.

My brother Ethan came over for some dinner. It had been months since I had seen him. He told me that Ivan was also living alone and that if we got along I should ask him to move in. Ivan and I made our peace but we also know that we would not reach out to each other. Ethan and my older brothers and sisters do not understand that.
I kind of regretting telling Ethan of my money problems. He said that he would not move in and I don't blame him. I am soon going to loose this apartment because my little job is not paying me enough. He reminded me that I could place an ad for a roommate and then my problem would be solved.

I placed another ad for a roommate in hopes of finding a girl to share this big place with. I also noticed that Craig emailed me. I smiled as I opened his email that said he was thinking about me and if I would go out on a date with him.

Several weeks later, at the end of my rope I decided to interview several roommates. The only one that semi passed the test was Amin Sell. Sure he was a guy but I was desperate. My land lord was pounding on my door constantly asking for the rent. With a little doubt, I accepted Amin's offer as a roommate and he moved in.

Ivan Leopardi--chapter 2

Ivan (21)

I sat in my own apartment and boy did it feel strange. I was used to living at home and then I moved to college with several people. At the end of my trip? Here I am alone in a small apartment.

My brother Otani came over to see how I have settled. He also lived in this building but on the floor above me. I think he was amazed that I choose a one room studio versus an actual apartment. I on the other hand want to save money and start my own business.

Jane came over from college to see how I had settled. She told me that Rodrigo was lonely without me but that he was getting along fine. Jane and I had become close but we never tried to date. now that I was here, I dont know I actually started to notice her.

Sure we flirted a little but I respect Jane too much to think she is just a one night stand girl. I know that she would want something serious. That is something that for now I am not sure I want.

I try to keep up with the emails from my family, especially Rodrigo and Jane. It amazing how I am supposed to be with my quad brother yet I got kicked out. Sure I could regret it but why waste my time doing that? Jane told me that she wanted to come down again and see me. I wonder if maybe she wants to have a good time?

I guess she did. Before we knew it, we started drinking a little and then we both hit the bed. She doesnt know it but she was my first. I am actually happy that I choose Jane as my first.

Before she left, Jane told me that we shouldnt hold too much expectations. Oddly enough I thought I would be the one saying this not her. She left and I went back to my job search which finally landed me a job as a Lobbyist.

We were having breakfast when it dawned on me that our five year wedding anniversary was coming up. I could not believe that Aiden and I were together for five years already. I mentioned it in passing to Aiden and he suggested that we do something fun and out of the house.

It's not that we dont go out. We do but only to family events. Now that im finally 21 Aiden and I can hit the clubs and party a little. Kayla is about to turn five and we have never left her with a babysitter. Aiden tells me that she is past her age to be baby sat by someone that is not us.

Aiden kept insisting that I make a choice so that he could plan the night out. I finally agreed and we decided to go clubbing and have dinner to mark our five year anniversary.

The night finally arrived and I got ready. This would be my first entrance as an adult to the night life. I was excited but at the same time didnt want to look like a little kid.
"you look gorgeous" said Aiden.
"Are you sure. Maybe I have too much make up on?"
"No. You look fine. Come on lets go"

But as every girl knows. The one last stop at the mirror is always needed. I checked myself out again and heard Aiden say, "come on. lets go!" So I smiled at myself and headed out after saying goodnight to Kayla.

The place was packed yet it was awesome. I naturally got carded but also felt liberty when he said, "congrats on being 21".

we danced, we flirted, we even kissed on the dance floor.

" I love you Madeline. You know that right?"
"I love you too Aiden. I am so happy that we decided to come out tonight"

When we got home we were told that a burglar tried to break into our home. I could not believe that we had a possible break in!

Thankfully the alarm and the babysitter called the police and the burglar was caught.

Things between Aiden and I have been strained ever since. As much as I try not to, I feel guilty for leaving Kayla with a babysitter that night. What if something happened to her? Either way I have to break the fear of leaving the house now. Aiden tries to be supportive but I think its finally starting to break him down.

Ethan Leopardi --Chapter 3

Ethan (25)

I am back home on leave from the army. I was really amazed to come back home and realize that some things have changed while others tend to stay the same. The first thing on my agenda was to get with my family and find otu how they have been doing.

To my surprise my brother Ivan got kicked out of college for violence. I never thought that he would but hey nothing really surprises me anymore. I thought that he would ask to live with me but instead he came to give me his new address. Things will go OK for him, at least I hope so.

When I came back from work one day I was surprise to see that my ex-Noelle had left me a boquet of flowers. I was so shocked to see them. I was even amazed that she would dare after the way we broke up.

She was not the only ex coming out of the closet. I also saw my old partner in crime. Giselle looked amazing but she only stopped by to see how I was doing. Don't get me wrong. I always wondered what would happened between us if she didnt have to leave. As soon as I finished contemplating it I noticed her big engagement ring on her finger. I guess I will never know how it would go for us.
Its hard dating when your in the army. Unless you enter when your married, then its hard to find someone tha will understand your schedule.

The good ol' doc came by to see how I was. She had to make sure there was no signs of illness. I greeted her and just hoped that one day we could repeat how we intially met. Dr. Caryl Kalson is her name and she is hotter than ever.

I offered her some food and then we sat down to discuss my trip. As always she stuck to business while I was trying to see if we could maybe go on a little date.

I asked her out over dinner and to my surprise she said yes. She told me that she was taken off my case after this visit. She also told me that she couldnt' stop thinking about me.

We sat down and decided to plan how our next date would be. I guess having dinner with the family will have to wait. At least for now.
